Establishing a Prosperous Soul
According to III John 2 our physical health and financial prosperity are linked to the relative prosperity of our soul. In this course you will learn the keys to establishing a prosperous soul. Some of these principles are: finding rest in the presence of Jesus, removing judgments, having a right relationship with authority, being anchored in hope, walking in patience, etc. We will cover these and other essential principles with the end goal of your soul becoming prosperous.
Let Freedom Reign
Discover the fundamental reality about freedom: It’s a gift! Does it seem like freedom in your Christian walk is only achieved through great sacrifice and hard work? And once you’ve sacrificed and labored long and hard enough, only then can you ultimately be rewarded with freedom—freedom from sin or from bondage such as drugs, alcohol, or pornography? Get established in the New Testament reality that, in Christ, you were born free.
Old Testament Survey VI
Journey with the patriarchs and discover the foundations of our faith. Discover the “Word that became flesh” in the types and shadows buried throughout the Old Testament. In this overview of Jonah through Malachi, study the author, historical setting, purpose, and theme of each book. Special attention is given to some of the key passages. Sixth of a six-part series.
Greg Mohr, Executive Director of Education – Charis Bible College Colorado
Greg Mohr is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training College and has a master’s degree in leadership from Southwestern Christian University. Greg served as senior pastor of River of Life Church in Decatur, Texas, for twenty-four years; was an instructor at Calvary Cathedral International Bible College in Fort Worth, Texas; and is an author and sought-after conference speaker. Greg has planted several churches and has birthed many sons and daughters in the faith who are successful in both business and ministry. The focus of his life and ministry is to help people achieve their dreams, grow in Christ-likeness, and change their world. Greg’s ministry website, gregmohr.com, has many resources including videos, blogs, and funnies from Greg.
Arthur Meintjes, Adjunct Instructor – Charis Bible College Colorado
Arthur has traveled the world teaching the Good News (Gospel of Peace) and faith righteousness, a message of God’s unconditional love and mercy to build, repair, and restore mankind. The emphasis of the message is to show people that God is kind, good, and loving. The Gospel is the power of God unto salvation, or wholeness, in every area of life. This good news does not point out what is wrong with you; it is about what is right with you because of the finished work of the cross of Jesus Christ, in spite of what is wrong with you. Grace doesn’t give permission to sin; it empowers one to live a godly life. Arthur and his wife, Cathy, established Kingdom Life Ministries in 1992. They reside in Colorado, U.S.A.
Wendell Parr, Ministry Ambassador – Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College
Wendell has been in ministry for over four decades. He founded a charismatic church in Texas, where he served as senior pastor for eighteen years. In 1994, he moved to Colorado Springs to help start Charis Colorado. He was an instructor there for three years, and then he and his wife, Linda, moved to England, where they successfully planted the first Charis location outside of the Colorado main campus. After returning to the USA, Wendell directed Calvary Cathedral International Bible College in Fort Worth, Texas, before returning to Colorado, where he now serves as ministry ambassador of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College. Wendell opens up his life as he teaches some of the most fundamental truths of the Christian faith. As a seasoned teacher of the Word, Wendell breaks down the Scriptures in a way that gives students a vantage point by which they can advance in their walk with Christ.
