Curtis Phillips, Adjunct Instructor – Charis Bible College Colorado

Curtis was born and raised in Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University. He served in a variety of Navy assignments as a pilot and Staff Officer. He retired from active duty in 2010 with the rank of Captain. Following retirement, Curtis and his wife, Lorie, moved to Colorado Springs to attend Charis Bible College. He served the ministry in several areas, eventually gaining the position of Chief Operating Officer. He left Charis in 2017 to work for a ministry in Chicago. Curtis and his wife have been married since 1997 and have beautiful children and grandchildren. Together, they serve at several churches as marriage and family counselors and teachers. They feel that their ministry is to build strong families – one marriage at a time
